Dr. Cynthia Brown received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Brown has over 25 years of OB/GYN experience and is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Brown is now seeing patients at both our Bessemer and Hoover Health Center locations!

UAB Medical West is proud to welcome Jeremy Dornier, MD to our team of medical professionals. Dr. Dornier is a board-certified family medicine physician. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Louisiana State University, where he also completed his family medicine residency program and received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Dornier is thrilled to be joining the Hoover Health Center family and looks forward to serving our patients in May.

Dr. Patrick Rowan is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. Dr. Rowan completed his orthopedic surgery residency at The University of Missouri and his sports medicine fellowship with Andrews Research and Education Foundation in Gulf Breeze, Florida.

Dr. Scott Seibert, Chief of Surgery, received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. He completed his residency with the San Francisco Orthopaedic Residency Program. Dr. Seibert is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and joined the Medical Staff at UAB Medical West in January of 2022.
His areas of expertise include: General Orthopedic Surgery; Arthroplasty of the Knee and Hip; Treatment of Complex Muscoloskeletal Trauma and Damage Control Orthopedics; and Arthroscopic Surgery of the Shoulder and Knee, Treatment of Hand, Pediatric and Foot/Ankle Pathology.
