Gone are the days when cell phones were only used for texting or calling-now there are smart phone apps for almost anything, including ways to stay healthy on the go. Check out these 10 fitness and health apps that are popular among smart phone users.

Runkeeper

Runkeeper tracks the duration, length, calories burned, and more while you are doing your favorite outdoor activity. Users can then share their workouts on social media and connect with other users on the app to analyze their workout results.
