UAB Medical West is proud to welcome Jeremy Dornier, MD to our team of medical professionals. Dr. Dornier is a board-certified family medicine physician. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Louisiana State University, where he also completed his family medicine residency program and received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Dornier is thrilled to be joining the Hoover Health Center family and looks forward to serving our patients in May.

Sally Ebaugh, M.D., recieved her Bachelor of Arts in English and Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well. She continued her education and received her Juris Doctor degree from Birmingham School of Law, and her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her residency through Medical Center East Family Practice.
Here at UAB Medical West Hospital, she is a part of the Pharmacology and Therapeutics Committee, the Hospital Ethics Committee, the Medical Education Committee, and is Chairman of the Family Practice and Emergency Medicine Department. She is married to Kenneth Ebaugh and has one daughter, Lulie.

Lea received both her Bachelors of Science in Biology and Nursing as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her residency at UAB Medical West Jerry McLane Internal Medicine. She worked as a Registered Nurse for over seven years in UAB Hospital’s Bone Marrow Transplant and Hematology/Oncology Intensive Care Unit.

She received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and her medical degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine (UMKC). She completed her family medicine residency with UMKC and will be finishing her sports medicine fellowship this summer. In her spare time, Dr. Michael enjoys skiing, gymnastics, gardening, baking and spending time with her family.
