How Can Patients Obtain Radiology/Imaging Exams on CD?
A patient can pick up CDs from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday at the UAB Medical West Imaging Services Department on the hospital’s first floor. Please call ahead at (205) 481-7155 to allow time for the images to be prepared. Please note an Authorization for Use or Disclosure of Patient Information form is required to release the images.
