Faimily Practice

Sally Ebaugh, M.D., recieved her Bachelor of Arts in English and Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well. She continued her education and received her Juris Doctor degree from Birmingham School of Law, and her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her residency through Medical Center East Family Practice.

Here at Medical West Hospital, she is a part of the Pharmacology and Therapeutics Committee, the Hospital Ethics Committee, the Medical Education Committee, and is Chairman of the Family Practice and Emergency Medicine Department. She is married to Kenneth Ebaugh and has one daughter, Lulie.
